  1. Top card of reserve is available for play to Tableau or Foundations.

  9. Build down by suit, wrapping as necessary.  Sequences of cards may be moved between piles.  Spaces filled from Reserve.  If empty, can be filled from anywhere.

  11. Deals cards to discard, 3 at a time.  May redeal from the discard pile as often as you like (click on empty stock)

  13. Build up by suit, from the value of the first card dealt, until each pile contains 13 cards.
